What you receive

The star map: your design in the style you chose, as a 4800 × 6400 px PNG and a print-ready PDF. The gift collection: the same sky in all six styles, plus a print pack PDF with a page for every common frame size, from A4 to 50 × 70 cm and 8 × 10 to 18 × 24 in.

Printing it

Any print shop or online printing service can print the files. For the best result, ask for matte or satin paper of 200 gsm or more. The files stay sharp up to 45 × 60 cm (18 × 24 in) and 50 × 70 cm with the print pack’s white border.

Mistakes and refunds

Spotted a typo after ordering, or a file that won’t open? Email hello@underthatsky.com and we’ll make it right. Because the files are personalised and delivered immediately, the 14-day right of withdrawal ends once the download is available, but if a file is faulty we’ll fix it or refund you.
