Terms of sale

These terms apply to orders placed on underthatsky.com, operated by Upsster Labs EOOD (Ъпстер Лабс ЕООД), UIC 207296461, VAT BG207296461, 47 Porto Lagos St, fl. 2, 4003 Plovdiv, Bulgaria (“we”). Contact: hello@underthatsky.com.

Products

We sell personalised star map designs as a digital download, an archival print or a framed print. Every product is made to your specifications from the place, date, time and text you enter, which you can preview exactly before ordering. Colours on screen may differ slightly from the printed result.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros or US dollars and include shipping. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Your contract is formed when payment is confirmed.

Production and delivery

Prints are produced by our print partner close to the delivery address, usually within 2 to 5 business days, and shipped with tracking. Delivery times are estimates. Digital files are available immediately after payment on your order page.

Right of withdrawal

Because every product is personalised to your specifications, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply (Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU). By ordering a digital download you ask us to deliver it immediately and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the download is available. This does not affect your statutory rights for faulty goods.

Damage, misprints and mistakes

If your print arrives damaged or misprinted, email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we’ll send a free replacement. If you notice a mistake in your own design, email us within 30 minutes of ordering and we’ll correct it before production. After production starts we can’t change an order.

Your content

You are responsible for the text you add and confirm you have the right to use it. We may refuse orders with unlawful or offensive content and refund them in full.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the price you paid for the order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence. The EU online dispute resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
